Journal Your Experiences
*Most people are inconsistent in following through because they get caught up in limiting beliefs. This sabotages everything. When you're not consistent, transformation doesn’t happen. Inconsistent follow-through creates consistent sabotaging behaviors.
How do you become consistent? Begin by finding your own answers that lie deep within you. You need to discover what lies underneath the thoughts, sensations, emotions, and actions you experience daily. This empowers you to recognize patterns and intentionally change them.
Dig deep into your convictions to understand why you see the world the way you do. Journal your experiences to create mastery and power in your world.
POWERFUL STRATEGY #2
Speak Transparently, Grounded in Your Values
*Once you’ve discovered that you make sense, that your patterns make sense, you see the path of transformation as clear and doable, and life opens before you in many new ways!
Practice speaking your truth transparently. Your truth is directly linked to your values; standing on that sacred ground you are empowered. This invites much practice and repetition. Stay firmly grounded in your life’s truth, over and over again. This is your message for the world.

Establish Your Daily Practice – And Honor It
*Are you willing to lead with your heart? Are you prepared to remain engaged and present in all your relationships?
When old trauma is triggered, we are called to have compassion for ourselves and others. It is imperative to practice Self-Compassion daily.

Take Authentic Action
*Here is where the transformation of your mind and heart becomes REAL through new actions. Authentic actions are heart-inspired and aligned with your sacred values. Write them out in clear, present-tense, doable action language and complete them within 24-48 hours.
